Design Brief

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, DMRC(Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited) has restricted the use of tokens and allowed only metro smartcard holders to travel in the metro. This keeps a majority of people in the city and one time visitors barred from the using the public transport.

Design a new system that allows a daily user who uses the metro every day or an out-of-city visitor who will use the metro just once to get access to the metro, on time, without having a physical Delhi metro card/token on hand.

This exercise was given to me as a UX challenge by a startup based in Delhi for a Product Design role.

Getting Started

After looking at the reviews it was important to give it a personal app analysis.
